Do you remember that time Wile E. Coyote caught The Road Runner? Me neither.
@NatalieGfield @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA Let’s face it, he’s the Donald Trump of reformed fundamentalism.

@BozT @NatalieGfield @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA — but wait . . . doesn’t @BozT teach at Liberty, a college whose prez endorsed Trump?
— Douglas Wilson (@douglaswils) March 3, 2016
@douglaswils @BozT @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA @NatalieGfield we understand your role in the rapes by your seminary student then?

@douglaswils @NatalieGfield @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA I’m just thankful that my pastor hasn’t advocated for sex offenders…

@douglaswils @NatalieGfield @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA Doug can always be counted on to try to shift the focus to @BozT ‘s “failings”

Doug doesn’t seem to understand the concept of being allowed to disagree with your superiors: pic.twitter.com/LSh7pCDkn6

Doug Wilson consults the Witch of Endor (1 Samuel 28:3–25)
@douglaswils @BozT @NatalieGfield @CalebASweazey @MoscowIdahoUSA sure, just like your brother Gordon did for 12 years.
— Christ Kirk (@ChristKirkIdaho) March 3, 2016
@NatalieGfield — ah, but Gordon worked for Jerry Sr., who would never have endorsed Trump. @BozT works for someone who JUST DID.

Interesting response from The Douglas. Boz Tchividjian teaches at Liberty University. Jerry Falwell Jr., the President of Liberty University, endorsed The Donald. Hence (apparently), in “Pastor” Wilson’s world, that means that Boz Tchividjian automatically, by default, endorses Donald Trump? That may be the way things are done at New Saint Wilson’s, Doug, but imagine the concept of employees of an institution being free to disagree with leadership. Wow, what a weird concept, huh? Boggles the mind…..
@ CNW — I just updated it with a tweet from KirkCicero who makes that point. Just saw one where Wilson divines Jerry Falwell to tell us who he would endorse.
Doug’s “gotcha” statement that Boz working at Liberty is an endorsement for Trump is a non sequitur. He truly doesn’t understand real logic.
It makes about as much sense as him trying to discredit Natalie Greenfield on the basis of her husband’s videos. Meaning, no sense at all.
Years ago, when we were looking for a logic course for our older kids, one of them declined to use the one put out by Canon Press, saying, “Isn’t that Douglas Wilson? I’d rather learn logic from someone who knows how to use it.”
The lad had read Credenda Agenda.
I almost feel sorry for Doug in this exchange. He comes off as a real dumbass here.
Ha! That is exactly what I concluded this week. My realization came in perhaps the funniest, most shocking, self-delusional sentences in Wilson’s recent posts about Trump where he judged: “You see a man whose taste, absolutely all of it, is located in his mouth.” He oozes with many of the same qualities and behavior he finds reprehensible in Trump which include crassness and the ability to say next to nothing yet still wow his faithful audience. All the while his followers work themselves in circles to debate and defend his idiocy and arrogance — oops, I mean his “wordsmithery.”
I believe Wikipedia says Wilson is “conservative”. And that’s about as interesting as those trying to call Trump “conservative.” The parallels are amazing. Go Boz!
@Gag and Maygag, that is spot on. “Pastor” Wilson trashes a egomaniacal, power hungry, “in the end, everything is all about me” phony persona, but is so incredibly lacking in self awareness that he doesn’t realize that he, as “Pastor Wilson”, is describing “Pastor” Douglas Wilson. Perfectly. The irony is astounding.
