Moscow-Pullman Daily News Back Issues: “One year ago today”

Here’s another “One year ago today” from the Moscow-Pullman Daily News, which gives me an opportunity to note that, to the best of everyone’s knowledge, CPS did nothing in the matter of serial pedophile Steven Sitler and his infant son. We assume this because CPS’s actions are confidential, but the last Sitler hearing contemplated reunification with the child, which assumes that the child is still in the home. This said, please note that Idaho is an LDS state and that Mormons do not appreciate state infringement on families, so this didn’t surprise anyone.

One other thing: This story will not go away until Steven Sitler is actually caught violating his probation, at which time the judge will send him to prison to finish his life sentence and die. And “caught” doesn’t mean “fail a polygraph” (though it should); it means actually caught committing a horrifying act with the body of a child — the very thing that everyone knows he cannot stop himself from doing. Hence the 13 chaperones.

Here’s the link to the Daily News’ article from a year ago. This is today’s piece:
