I believe there was at least one scenario where Steven could have been killed on the spot, and no injustice done.

True then, and still true now. Doug’s words are merely an attempt at being placatory, but mine aren’t.
Also, what does this train wreck do for work? Does he even have a job?
I’ve been told that Sitler is going to grad school at the University of Idaho. Regarding “The Only Kind of Gospel There Is” drivel that Wilson wrote, it is a lot of paragraphs resulting in nothing but word salad. When Wilson dismisses (I assume) secular therapists when he writes, “Once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic — you are simply an alcoholic who doesn’t drink any more. The whiskey is gone but the identity remains. They make you pour the whiskey down the sink, but then they make you keep the bottle, especially the label.” I have friends who haven’t had a drop of alcohol in decades, “Pastor” Wilson, who would unhesitatingly tell you that they are indeed still alcoholics. Just as a diabetic who has his diabetes under control is still a diabetic. And regarding Sitler’s diagnosis as a “fixated pedophile”, that’s not a label, it’s reality. And it is incurable, even by the wonderfulness of you. And honestly, if Sitler was not a Kirker, but from the (gasp) secular world (or perhaps a different church or faith), you would be completely sanguine with his “label” of fixated pedophile. But of course, that would be different, wouldn’t it? He would be from the greater Moscow community that you could not care less about, wouldn’t he?
