This list essentially prohibits Sitler from acting as an authority figure in his child’s life. He cannot initiate contact with his son. He cannot show physical affection to his son. He cannot discipline his son. He cannot do any normal parental activity with his son without violating this code of conduct, because Idaho recognizes that Sitler, along with all other fixated pedophiles, is a constant threat to his child’s wellbeing.
