Why is the abuser’s name — Jamin C. Wight — not included in this story? He was imprisoned for this crime, albeit for a short period of time thanks to the generosity of the system in this case.
Yes, Natalie was shamed by Wilson and Christ Church, but what is truly shameful is that what was once an open, caring, accepting, and progressive community has allowed this hateful, clever man, his church, and his schools to grow and prosper.
And you might be surprised if you were to look up the businesses that recently contributed to the Logos auction — businesses I would have never expected to offer support to Wilson and a movement that is surely gaining political and economic control of our town. And soon to be — the shining new private school to be built near one of our public treasures, Mountainview Park. There is plenty of shame to go around, but none of it should ever have been directed at Natalie.

There is nothing of Christ displayed by Christ Church members here.
I’m not “theflood” but I give a hardy Amen! to his/her post.

This comment explains a lot as to Doug Wilson’s avaricious motives for trying to shut Natalie up. It’s motivated entirely by his greed.
