Today’s hearing concerned housekeeping. Steven Sitler’s case file consists of three massive folders, each the size of the Los Angeles White Pages, and understandably the terms of Steven Sitler’s probation have gotten scattered and misplaced over the last 10 years. Last week Judge Stegner ordered the prosecutor and Sitler’s attorney to consolidate the probation requirements on a single document. Today was a follow-up hearing. They conducted it by telephone. Neither the pedophile nor his pastor were in the courtroom. When the document is available, we’ll post it.
