The image on the right is page 139 of Inherit the Earth by Gary North (Fort Worth, TX: Dominion Press, 1987), and the image on the left is page 23 of Future Men by Douglas Wilson (Moscow, ID: Canon Press, 2001). According A Manual for Writers by Kate L. Turabian, “Failure to give credit is plagiarism.” A Manual for Writers is the standard used by New Saint Andrews College to define plagiarism.

    “I’m shocked, shocked to find that plagiarism is going on in here!”1

    Changing a single word, i.e. “plagiarism” instead of “gambling,” does not avoid the charge of plagiarism. Please see “Harvard Guide to Using Sources: What Constitutes Plagiarism?”
