Daniel Foucachon’s complaint against MoscowID.net

Notæ Bene: MoscowID.net owns every image in this post under the FAIR USE Act. However, to avoid any more frivolous actions by Mr. Foucachon, Team Truth has moved the images overseas (along with the wedding video), where the country ignores DMCA claims. For more on this complaint, please see “The Christ Church Playbook, page 1: Quash the Message”; because Daniel Foucachon is a member of Christ Church, Moscow, where his father serves as an elder.

Here is his entire complaint, which he filed “under the perjury laws of the United States of America”:

Additional Information for DMCA and Defamation case against moscowid.net, hosted by BlueHost.com

Primary and most concerning violation of copyright, as well as defamation is the video, posted and hosted on the wordpress site. The video includes signage from my company, Foucachon Media, LLC, and Roman Roads Media, LLC. It was illegally copied from my vimeo account before it was made private (or through some other unknown means).

  1. The Truth About Moscow:

Please IMMEDIATELY report Daniel’s take down notices to you. Report them to the Electronic Frontier Foundation!

Daniel doesn’t get to write US copyright law or case law. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals just released a decision in a take down case, siding for the blogger. The Ninth Circuit is the federal appeals court covering the western states, including Idaho, for the federal trial courts (called US District Courts). Copyright law is a federal action and is held in federal court.
